WEEKLY COMMUNITY Classes

My weekly community classes are for mixed abilities and experiences whether you are new to yoga, haven’t practised yoga for a while, or are looking for a new class to expand your yoga practise.

I teach Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. I love the creativity and flow of fluid movement and postures combined with a focus on the breath – a flowing meditation. Restorative yoga offers the opportunity to slow down and indulge in a more restful practice that opens the body through passive stretching. The combination of practices provides classes with a great blend of pace and peace, movement and stillness, challenge and reflection.

My classes are centred around community. Meeting at St Paul’s Church which serves people in the heart of Winchester, this class provides a wonderful yoga community and a chance to connect with and share your yoga practice with others in the City Centre.

The aim of my classes is to provide a physical challenge that helps energise, strengthen, and encourage flexibility, but won’t leave you feeling overwhelmed. A focus on the breath and the mind will help create an inner awareness to calm and inspire you in your everyday and life off the mat.
