Sarah Elmer - Yoga in the heart of Winchester

YOGA TO THRIVE BEYOND IVF

Yoga To Thrive Beyond IVF is a workshop that offers a unique opportunity to explore, let go and find calm beyond infertility.

Through the empowering practise of yoga, thought provoking discussion, self-reflective journaling, and the company of the class community, this carefully created and unique workshop will provide support for those who have experienced unsuccessful IVF whether recently or in the past - to help you thrive beyond infertility.

The workshop offers you the time and space to:

  • reconnect to, and nurture your body beyond IVF

  • soothe your mind from the overwhelm of infertility

  • regain your balance and find joy after trying to conceive

  • empower you to face the future and all that it holds

This in-person workshop is led by Sarah Elmer of ‘Elm and Bloom; Thrive Beyond IVF’.  Sarah is a qualified and practicing yoga teacher and transformational life coach who brings her infertility experiences, insights, and wisdom to guide you - through movement that encourages healing and connection, meditation that brings hope and inspiration, breath work that soothes and re-energises, and discussion to process and support.

The group will be deliberately kept small to allow for a gentle experience and connection.

No yoga experience is necessary to undertake the course.
