All exercise should be undertaken within your own personal limits - do not force or strain your body. You are responsible for your condition during classes. Seek appropriate advice or consult a medical doctor if you are in any doubt as to whether yoga is suitable for you. If you experience any discomfort during or after class contact me directly or consult a medical doctor.
Avoid heavy meals, alcohol or drugs for two hours before attending a yoga class. Drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
